      Young people are usually advised not to take part in weight lifting as it can affect your growth as you are still developing

      As for high blood pressure causing death – usually what happens is that high blood pressure (or hypertension as it is also known) results in other conditions such as stroke, heart attack etc and it is these that kill someone
