      This can be a whole matter of things

      In terms of the blood, this would only be noticeable through blood tests as blood remains within your body – blood tests can test for various pathogens

      As for faeces, changes are more easily noticeable. Blood in your faeces will affect its colour. Diarrhoea caused by bacterial or viral infections will change its consistency and so on

      Faeces, like blood, can also be tested for various pathogens

      For example, C. Diff is tested for using a patient’s faeces
