      Interesting question – difficult to answer! Diarrhoea is caused by multiple pathogens, most commonly through dirty water (e.g. cholera)

      The World Health Organisation tells us that there are approx. 1.7 billion cases of diarrhoea per year.

      So I want you to tell me what that would be on average per day, to the nearest one decimal place? You can use a calculator 🙂
