Question: Have you discovered any diseases so far?

My work does not involving looking for new diseases, but in fact focuses on a specific disease: Clostridium difficile infection (CDI)

Clostridium difficile is a hospital superbug that infects patient causing severe diarrhoea

My work focuses on discovering markers in patients’ blood and faeces that might help improve treatment or management of the disease in the future
