• Question: Why do some animals have blue blood? and are there any other unnatural colours of blood?

      This blue blood arises from the animals having haemocyanin instead of haemoglobin. This haemocyanin contains copper which is responsible for the blue colour

      Some animals can have green blood. And insects tend to have clear or very pale yellow/green blood
