• Question: where is blood created in our body and why?

      The creation of new blood cells takes place mainly in the bone marrow and occurs in order to replace the dying cells in our bloodstream

      Blood production happens in the bone marrow of large bone including your thigh bone and sternum (chest bone) the blood comes from one cell that is always the se this cell is called a pluripotent stem cell, this cell then has different stimulations and signals from your body and grows and develops into the blood cells we see when we look at blood under the microscope, all of these different cells have different function to help you live!
